CROteam are a tribe of Sam Stone worshippers consisting of an unknown race of big headed orange humanoids, wearing the same clothes as Sam and donning the faces of the actual CROteam developers. Sam first makes the mistake of releasing them from imprisonment behind a secret door in the ancient Egyptian temple when Sam is first teleported. From then, the loyal followers secretly follow him all the way from the beginning and even when Sam attempts to travel to Sirius in the Sirian spaceship SSS Centerprice, they followed him using flying crates, which collided with the Sirian ship in Earth's orbit whilst engaging hyperdrive. Both spaceships plunged back to Earth, in the Land of the Jaguar.
